Artpoint Gallery & Studios Society, formerly called the Calgary Point of Art Society (1991), was incorporate under the provisions of the Societies Act in 1998. Formed by artists, it is a non-profit artist-run studio gallery supporting and promoting visual arts and art education in the Calgary community. It is one of the largest artist run cooperatives in North America. Our newly renovated building in historic Ramsey-Inglewood is home to 23 studios, a resource/classroom and 2 galleries, a foyer and hallways featuring works by over 50 members and visiting artists. Works range from traditional portraiture and photography to contemporary paintings, miniatures and large scale sculptures. You will find the prices for art very reasonable here; typically 25-50% less than in a commercial gallery setting. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cheques.

You are welcome to come in and leisurely stroll through the relaxed atmosphere and view the many works our talented artists have to offer. Some studios are open for your viewing and you may speak to any artists who happen to be working in their studio. New shows open the first Friday of every month, with OPENINGS from 5-9pm. Bring a friend and enjoy a day at Artpoint Gallery and Studios. Admission is free and refreshments are served. We are open to the public Thursdays & Fridays from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm, & Saturday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm or call (403) 265-6867 for an appointment or by email at info@artpoint.ca
